It’s the summer of 2022, and mankind’s time on earth is drawing rapidly to an end.

The Mayan long-count calendar has been ticking down our final days for over twenty-six-thousand years. Locked in a blood feud with the last two vampires left on earth, two families reunite after more than a century apart to battle these hideously powerful creatures, and to stop them before they open the threshold to their world that will begin the wholesale slaughter of humanity.

Joined by Sean’s daughter Carly, a microbiologist, and her fiancé Ryan, a man who’s not what he appears to be, Sean and Gregor take the fight to the very heart of the creatures’ existence.

The streets of Washington, D.C. offer the backdrop for this epic struggle between good and evil, between life and death, and between redemption and ruin. The threshold will open when the stars of the Pleiades achieve their final alignment, and hell will surely follow.
